1. Launch position

The production build is configured with optional analytics disabled. The site stores a privacy-choice record in the browser so it can remember whether the user selected necessary-only or allowed optional technologies. Checkout or security providers may also require strictly necessary technologies once connected.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Technologies that are genuinely necessary to provide a service requested by the user, maintain security, remember an online basket or remember privacy choices may be used without optional-tracking consent where the law permits. We still explain their purpose.

3. Optional analytics and marketing

Non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies must not be activated before the required choice is made. The site's consent control is designed to keep these off by default. Enabling a future analytics service requires updating this notice with the provider, purpose, cookie or storage names and durations before activation.

5. Changing your choice

You can clear the site's stored preference through your browser controls. A future production consent manager must also provide an accessible way to reopen choices. Rejecting optional technologies must not prevent access to ordinary site content.

6. Review rule

Before any new analytics, embedded media, advertising pixel, social plugin or other non-essential storage/access technology is added, Voice & Structure must review the technology, update this notice and ensure the appropriate consent or statutory exception applies.
