Digital Product Licence

This licence applies to Voice & Structure digital products unless a product-specific licence expressly says otherwise. Copyright remains with Voice & Structure.

1. Licence grant

After valid purchase, Voice & Structure grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files at the licence level shown in the order confirmation. No copyright or ownership is transferred.

2. Individual licence

One named purchaser may access, store reasonable backup copies, print and use the resource for their own teaching or professional work. The purchaser may adapt editable files for that internal use and may provide necessary output copies to the students or participants they personally teach, supervise or support. Source or editable files may not be shared with colleagues or other organisations.

3. Department licence

Up to 10 authorised staff members within one named department at one school, college or site may access, edit and print the resource for that department's internal work. It does not extend to other departments, other schools, other trust sites or external organisations.

4. School or site licence

Authorised staff working at one named school, college, theatre, production office or other single operating site may access, edit and print the resource for internal activity at that site. A multi-site trust, group or company requires additional licences or an enterprise licence.

5. Corporate team licence

Up to 10 named users within one legal entity and one operating team or site may access, edit and use the product internally. Distribution to clients, contractors, group companies or other sites is not included unless expressly stated in the order.

6. Trust, group and enterprise licence

Use across multiple schools, sites, legal entities or teams requires a written multi-site or enterprise licence specifying the authorised entities, locations, users and any additional rights.

7. Permitted editing and printing

Where editable files are supplied, authorised users may customise them for licensed internal use. Copyright and licence notices must remain intact where reasonably practicable. Printing and internal digital display are permitted only within the purchased licence scope.

8. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, sublicense, gift or redistribute the files.
• Upload source files to a public or shared repository available beyond authorised users.
• Publish the files on an unrestricted website, social network or public learning platform.
• Remove copyright, licence, watermark or purchaser-identification information.
• Use substantial parts of the product to create or supply a competing commercial resource.
• Share a personal download link, token or account credential.

9. Student, learner and participant copies

Where the resource is designed for teaching, workshops or facilitated activity, authorised staff may provide the minimum relevant worksheet, handout or output copy needed by their own learners or participants. This does not permit distribution of complete source packs, editable masters or reusable libraries to learners for onward sharing.

10. Third-party platforms and local policies

If a licensed organisation stores files in its internal cloud, VLE or intranet, access must be restricted to authorised users. The licence does not authorise use that breaches another person's intellectual property, confidentiality, safeguarding obligations, employment duties or local policies.

11. Termination

The licence continues unless terminated for material breach. If a breach is not remedied after notice, Voice & Structure may terminate the licence, after which unauthorised copies must be deleted. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Evidence and upgrades

The order confirmation and receipt are evidence of the licence level. Additional users, sites or entities require a licence upgrade before access is extended.
