1. Information we may collect

• Identity and contact information, such as name and email address.
• Order, licence and transaction information, including product, price, order reference and purchase date.
• Payment status and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. Voice & Structure does not intend to store full card details.
• Support correspondence and records of download-token resets.
• Checkout consent records, including the terms version, immediate-supply request, cancellation-right acknowledgement, marketing choice and timestamp.
• Technical and security information needed to protect the website and fulfil a download, such as IP address, browser or device data and security logs where the chosen platform provides them.
• Marketing preferences and evidence of consent where a person opts in.
• Cookie and similar-technology choices.

2. Why we use information and our legal bases

We use order and contact information to take steps requested before a purchase, perform the sales contract, supply licensed digital content and provide customer support. We use information where necessary to meet legal obligations, including accounting, tax and consumer-law records. We may use proportionate security and fraud-prevention information for our legitimate interests in protecting customers, our systems and our intellectual property. We use consent for optional marketing and for non-essential storage or access technologies where consent is required.

3. Marketing

Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. At launch, Voice & Structure will use a separate, optional, unticked email-marketing opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing message or by contacting us. We maintain a suppression record where necessary to respect an opt-out. If Voice & Structure later relies on the products-and-services soft opt-in, it will do so only where all legal conditions are met and a clear opt-out was offered when the details were collected and in every later message.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide requested website functions, security and privacy choices. Optional analytics or marketing technologies remain disabled unless the relevant lawful consent or exception applies. See the Cookie Notice.

5. Who receives information

Personal information may be processed by carefully selected service providers needed to operate the business, such as website hosting, ecommerce or secure-download providers, payment processors, business email, accounting services and email-marketing services. Providers must only receive the information needed for their function and appropriate contractual safeguards must be used where required.

6. International transfers

If a service provider processes personal information outside the UK, Voice & Structure will assess the transfer and use an applicable UK transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard where required.

7. Retention

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose collected and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal-claims requirements. Marketing consent evidence and suppression information may be retained for as long as needed to demonstrate and respect a person's marketing choice. Security logs are retained only for a proportionate period.

8. Security

Voice & Structure uses access controls, limited data collection, secure providers and other proportionate safeguards. Digital download links are intended to be single-use and private, with manual reset only after a verified support need.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable form and withdraw consent. Rights are not absolute and lawful record-keeping obligations may still apply.

Please contact Voice & Structure first if you have a privacy concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Children and learner information

Voice & Structure sells resources to purchasers and organisations. The direct website is not designed to collect personal information about pupils or children as part of a product purchase. Customers should not send student personal information to Voice & Structure unless specifically requested and lawfully necessary.
