Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to direct purchases of digital content from voiceandstructure.com and does not reduce statutory rights.

1. Normal cancellation period

Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. Digital content supplied by download has specific rules when the customer asks for supply to begin during that period.

2. Immediate downloads

Voice & Structure will only begin immediate supply where, before purchase, the customer has expressly requested immediate supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and has acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost once supply begins. These are recorded as part of the order and confirmed to the customer in a durable form.

3. If immediate-supply consent is not given

The direct website must not release an immediate download without the required consent and acknowledgement. Voice & Structure's launch checkout therefore requires both before an immediate-download order can proceed.

4. After supply begins

Once digital supply has begun following the required express request and acknowledgement, the normal statutory cancellation right for that digital-content purchase ends. This does not remove rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements.

5. Technical download problems

If a paid customer cannot complete the authorised download because of a genuine technical problem, they should contact support with the order reference. A download token may be reset after verification. A support reset does not expand the licence or permit sharing.

6. Faulty or misdescribed content

Contact us if a file is corrupted, materially incomplete, not as described or otherwise fails applicable legal standards. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

7. Duplicate purchase or other error

If you believe you have made a duplicate purchase or there is another billing error, contact us promptly with the relevant order references. We will review the transaction and any statutory or contractual remedy that applies.
