These terms apply to direct purchases from voiceandstructure.com. Voice & Structure is a trading name used by Jamie Trott, a sole trader.

1. Products and information

We sell downloadable digital resources, including PDFs, editable documents, spreadsheets, presentation files and bundled files. Each product page identifies the product, edition, intended audience, included formats, price and licence level. Please check compatibility and edition details before ordering.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed before purchase. The final checkout total will show any applicable tax and charges before you place the order. Payment must be authorised through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details where payment is handled by an external payment processor.

3. Forming the contract

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected digital product under these terms and the Digital Product Licence. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation. The confirmation will be provided in a durable form that you can save and will identify the product, price, licence and relevant cancellation consents.

4. Immediate digital supply and cancellation

Digital content is normally supplied immediately after successful payment. Before immediate supply can begin, you must expressly request supply before the end of the normal 14-day cancellation period and separately acknowledge that you will lose the statutory right to cancel once supply begins. If those conditions are not satisfied, immediate download will not be supplied. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Licence

Purchase gives you a licence to use the product, not ownership of Voice & Structure intellectual property. Your order confirmation identifies the licence level purchased. The Digital Product Licence forms part of this contract. Use beyond the purchased licence requires an upgrade or written permission.

6. Delivery and download security

Where direct delivery is enabled, the download link is personal to the purchaser. Download credentials, links and source files must not be shared. Direct delivery is designed to use a single successful download redemption with manual support reset where a genuine technical failure is verified. Attempting to bypass download limits or access controls breaches these terms.

7. Faulty or misdescribed digital content

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable statutory requirements, contact us so that the appropriate legal remedy can be provided.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Voice & Structure owns or controls the copyright and other intellectual property in its original products and website content. Copyright notices, licence notices, watermarks, identifiers and rights-management information must not be removed or obscured.

9. Prohibited use

You must not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, distribute, share source files outside the authorised licence, use the product to create a competing commercial resource, or make the resource available through public drives, repositories, file-sharing services or unauthorised learning platforms.

10. Liability

Resources are practical tools and must be adapted to the user's setting, professional judgement, local policies and applicable law. Nothing limits liability where limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

11. Complaints

Please contact us using the published business contact details and include the order reference. We will investigate complaints and digital-delivery problems reasonably and promptly.

12. Changes and governing law

The terms applying to an order are the version supplied with that order. These website terms may be updated for future purchases. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
